  First rate service from both Dan, the builder and his assistant James. They were very fast workers, exceptionally polite and obliging and nothing was a problem. He completed the work to a high standard , including excellent plastering, and left everything clean and tidy. The Waveney office staff were also very friendly and efficient in returning calls and answering queries. Waveney's quotation was considerably better than the competition and they were able to supply modifications such as a window in the orangery roof that other firm which quoted said it could not do.

  Fitted windows that were dirty inside. When I complained the fitter told me that this was how things were and I had to accept that. The head office agreed that wasn't the case BUT they haven't shown up to investigate the problem despite promising they would. Repeated calls go to voicemail.

  Absolutely useless 5 days to get a quote for one glazed unit has to be the worst supplier in the area...i will be trying elsewhere suggest you do the same
